UK Delivery Information:

  • 5-10 Business Days.
  • Tracking will be provided to you where possible.
  • Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., November, December), delivery times will be towards the longer side due to increased order volume and potential courier delays.

Returns and Refunds

In the event of a supplier issue, prompt refunds will be issued and the affected order will be promptly cancelled. While such occurrences are infrequent, it is a possibility due to potential delays in stock level synchronization within our systems.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if applicable.

  1. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  2. You have 14 additional days after we respond to send the returning product to an address we will provide you. Our products come from different suppliers so we don't have a single return point.
  3. After we receive the returned product and confirm the condition is acceptable, we will inform you we have initiated the refund. The refund usually takes a few days but never more than 14 days after confirmation of refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure safe return of your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
